The programme primarily benefits adolescents and young people, particularly those from economically disadvantaged and marginalized communities, including young women and youth with limited access to education and employment opportunities. It also supports educational institutions, employers, community organizations, and government partners by creating stronger pathways for youth participation, skills development, decent employment, and sustainable economic empowerment. Through these interventions, Good Neighbors Bharat helps young people realize their potential, become self-reliant, and contribute to inclusive and sustainable community development.
